The Harry Bosch Series by Michael Connelly

I have really enjoyed the Harry Bosch series of books. I hope the author will continue to write new ones. Harry isn't your normal hero. He isn't a powerful, giant that gets physical with people. He doesn't always keep his mouth shut when he should, he doesn't always come out smelling like a rose when everything is over and done with. I even get somewhat frustrated with Harry at times; but that is the point, Michael Connelly has gotten me so engrossed in Harry's story that I forget he is just a fictional figure. If you can make me forget that this is fiction, then you have won the battle, even if I don't always like the twists and turns the story takes. I find myself rooting for Harry and mad that he didn't do it my way, but I also can't wait for the next book!
