I don't believe in God and I don't believe in judgment day!

I think of eating a bullet everyday....many times throughout the course of the day! Has been echoing in my mind for nearly 25 years, off and on. Seems to become more intense, and more often as the years pass by. If there is a God, why did he even create us? To live eternally? For his own amusement? To suffer? Sometimes it seems to me even God has an Ego.... "my way or eternal suffering". Some choice!

Plants and animals die and merely rot back into the Earth. In doing so, it creates more life, but it just goes on that way. Why do we Humans think we are Special, different. If a Meteor slammed the planet tomorrow, we'd all be History. Then what?

If there is a God, He created a beautiful Planet, but then he infected it with the Human Species. We have done nothing to improve the Planet, we just continue to destroy it, moreso each and every day. Apparently we have been created in God's Image, for we too create things that destroy! Weapons, chemicals, etc.

Adults and God, are similar to children and Santa Claus. We tell them to be good for Santa is watching, and if you're not, you won't be rewarded. Same thing we tell Adults about 'finding God". Do what He says, or you lose! Dictatorship?

I used to have faith in Life After Life, but the more I ponder it, I doubt it. We are all connected, but I doubt Spiritually. We are just part of a Big energy Mass. We live, we die, and we are transformed into whatever the Energy Mass produces. I believe Human Beings will one day be extinct, just like the Dinosaurs! It's all for Nothing and why do we continue to Lie to ourselves. Nature doesn't lie, just people! We are a disease, and we are spreading! I am not sure on any of this, for I don't know what is real and what is Not...we have been dis-illusioned for so long now. I do think survival is a Basic Instinct, but I've lost the will. Does it REALLY matter in the Big Picture, if there is one? I don't believe in Judgement Day! We are just Mutations and maybe one day, nature will cure itself by ridding itself

My response is in Green:

I am sorry that you are so bitter. I am not sure why you are so bitter, but it sure seems that you are. You keep saying if there is a God. There is, you can see Him all around you. Do you really think you are no more than just an animal? How do you think this beautiful planet got here? Do you really believe that an explosion in space caused all that you see today? That is what I meant when I said you can see God all around you.

You asked why God created us. Okay I guess that is a fair question. Maybe He wanted to show His love for us. Now I am sure you will say something like if God loved us there would not be any death or evil in the world. Well God loved us enough to give us free will. The free will to either serve Him or not. When sin came into the world it is what corrupted the world. Look around you, the evil in the world is there because people choose to do it. I spent 7 years as a Police Officer, and I am here to tell you people do evil things because they care about themselves and no one else. Just read some of the messages I have posted and you will see the same thing. People who blame the evil in this world on religion and its rules. Get rid of the rules, they say, and things would be a lot better. Talk about having your head in the sand.

God could kill everyone who did anything wrong as soon as they did it, but then the world would be very empty. Can you honestly say you have never done anything wrong? See my point. You also asked if God created us just for His amusement. Well He knew before He created us that we would rebel against Him. His holy nature demanded that anyone who sins dies for that sin, so even before He created us He made a provision for our salvation. He came as a human being and died in our place. Yeah that must have really amused Him to be spit on and to take your blame and shame and mine too to the cross. No, He created us so that He could show us His love: (Romans 5:8 NIV) But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

You said we are a disease, but if you don't believe in a Creator then you must believe in evolution, right? If you believe in evolution, then we are not a disease, we are the highest form of life yet to evolve. So we are not the problem we are the salvation of life, because life is always moving up. Yeah, I agree that is absurd, but then again I am not the one who believes it.

You don't believe there will be a judgment day, okay, but what if there is? What happens then? If I am right, I am in good shape and your are in trouble, but if you right so what? What have I got to lose either way? What have you got to lose? Well a lot if there is a God and one day you have to stand before Him. I would think this stuff out really good before I made that my final answer.

If there is a God, like I say there is and like He says, and if He sent His only Son to die for you, and you reject Him, don't you think He will be just a little upset with you? (Hebrews 10:31 NIV) It is a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

I will pray for you. I hope you can find what you are looking for. I believe it is God, but you will have to make that decision yourself.
